I hope not. I go today to see my trainer and I'm sure we'll come up with a plan of action to keep me working out without hurting myself further. Any my ortho gave me a list of stuff NOT to do. No more jogging on the treadmill, but she said the arc trainer and elliptical and bike are all okay. Also no weights greater than 3-5 pounds. I was doing 10-15 pounds when I injured my elbow. So likely I'll do more reps with less weight.

I think the biggest thing for me is that i have a waistline! :hooray: That's a big accomplishment for me, and it's happened really fast, too! John and I went to see Wicked on Thursday evening and we dressed up a little. I wore a fitted button down shirt that until that night I've only been wearing unbuttoned over shirts. He commented repeatedly on my shape (and he doesn't notice things...like it'll take a week to notice 6" of hair missing!) :silly:

You can totally tell, heather! Especially at the top-the first one it looks like you had to totally hunch your shoulders and pull your boobs together to get it to close, and in the 2nd one instead it looks quite flattering on you! Can't wait to see the "finished product"!

Thanks ladies. ;) Yeah.. The Girls are definitely shrinking. I need to get a strapless bra too, but I'm putting it off as long as possible so I make sure to get a good fit. Why is it that after get rid of almost 70 pounds I still feel so blimp'ish! I know I still have 40 to go but still I look at my reflection and still see the big girl. Sigh... here is a face shot from one year ago this last weekend and one from this last weekend. The one pair of Jeans I own are the ones you sent me. LOL I am really not sure about Bra but I do know what I have one is to big. I am guessing I would need to go down a cup size that would make me a 36 D.
Maybe we should start a clothes swap on here! As we shrink out of our old clothes we pass them on to some one else. Though I don't think there is any one on here that could wear my clothes. They are nice clothes I wish I knew some one I could pass them on to. :(

In certain areas I have a lot of extra skin, mainly around my triceps and behind my knees. That's part of the reason my dh hired me a trainer for the next year. We're only going to be doing strength training to see if I can tone that extra skin up. If I can't then we have decided that I am having surgery to take it all away. My stomach is a problem area too, but I'm hoping that the next 30 pounds will take it all away.

Why is it that after get rid of almost 70 pounds I still feel so blimp'ish! I know I still have 40 to go but still I look at my reflection and still see the big girl. Sigh... here is a face shot from one year ago this last weekend and one from this last weekend. I mean I can see in my face alone that I have lost weight but I just don't "feel" like I have lost weight.
