I'm Sabrina and I'm not a mommy but I am a guardian to my niece who will be 3 on Valentines day. We signed all the temperary custody papers on monday and she moved in today. Dh and I are very excited not only because we are TTC a baby of our own but we get to take care of my late brothers child as well. Hi I'm Tara, 28 years old, and a mother to 4 girls. Ashley-9 (july 24 1998), Amber-2 (may 3 2005), Mia-1 (may 24 2006) and Jailyn 6 weeks (dec 4 2007). I am a working mother(although I am off until Nov on maternity leave)..I work as a practical nurse in a nursing home. My husband works as a soil driller and is gone from 5 am untill 7-8pm every night...sunday the only day off...WHEN he works locally...otherwise its gone all week home on the weekends. I find it hard taking care of 3 babies by myself only because I feel like I'm trapped in the house. It's to hard to get all 3 of them into the van by myself..we live in an apartment building on the 3rd floor(no elevator) so I have to carry them down and just dont have enough arms(Amber can go down herself but if she went to fall I wouldnt be able to grab her)...or I would have to leave someone in the van themself and that ain't happening....so I am trapped in the house until someone comes to help me...sucks...because I would love to get out and do SOMETHING.

We have a 24 yr old daughtor and 2 Grandchilderen that have left the family. We make a great living, It's hard work, but fun. Our son works for us. He's an excellent worker, great man. He is just wonderful with his babysister. She realy misses him when he's gone. My next major goal in life is to get set up, so that we can homeschool our youngest. I feel really good about this. She is a very smart young lady, I thnk she'll do great.

Aleza, the 7 year old has been away visiting her grandparents. Thank goodness she's back to play with little sister, Aila. It is impossible to post anything with Aila on my lap (reaching for the keyboard) or on the floor (reaching for the powerstrip)!

My username, waiting4#2, was created when I was preggo with Aila. I might have to change it since it makes no sense at all now.

Hi Everyone! I just found this forum! I'm Christy (Spelled with a "C") since I saw we have K-ster in the group!
I have a little guy Kaleb who's 19 months. I can so relate to Kristy because Kaleb is always getting in trouble under our desk pulling cords or chewing on cords or wrapping himself in a cord if he finds on. I've never seen a kid more fascinated with cords? I talk to other Mom's and they don't seem to have an issues? He's spoiled rotten of course, but in a good way since he's our 1st and we both are older and waited to have one, I think we are allowed right? :winks:

my names beccy...i had two kids in my teens, at 18 and 19. my son, kamden, is 4.5(5 in june), and my daughter rylan is 3. i have my son all the time and my fiance is going to adopt him once we get married. my daughter spends most her time with her father. me and my fiance are ttc our first baby together, probably our only one. i'm glad the timing in our lives is right since i always wanted a baby once kamden starts school!
