hi! everyone! i have a question, i have been on depo shots for the past 6 years and my last injection was 12/21/07. i missed my last injection on 03-14-08. as of sunday my boobs have been very sore and intergestion won't give me a break. monday is when the fatigue started, i mean everything i eat makes me want to throwup, but i don't let it happen.( i don't haven't had a period on the depo shot) so what should i do first? thanks in advance:sniffle::pace:

You should take a test!! I was on depo for like 2 years, and it took me a whole year after getting off of it to get pregnant. I had horrible cycles, lasting anywhere from 30 to 90+ days, so I never knew if I was pregnant or not. It wasn't fun. I went through a lot of pregnancy tests over that year! Also, if you haven't had a period yet, it might not even be time for it to show up on a pregnancy test. I had that happen also. It took 4 weeks of testing before I had a positive!

When you mean 2 days after period you mean after if finished or Cd3...I period started april 7th so for me is too early to know if i am pg or not...Have to wait until my next period is due

Hi, I'm new to this posting stuff. I'm a mother of 2 boys ages 4 and 2. I wasn't supposed to start my period until the 13th May. But have been spotting off and on, which started on Tues 29th Apr but went away on Thurs 1st May, I don't know if I'm pg or if it's something else? Any suggestions or ideas?

It drove me crazy wondering if I was pregnant or not the last two weeks. It turns out I am so I hope this list of symptoms help.

The symptoms started almost right away.

Swollen, tingling breasts
aversion to coffee
heartburn the first week and a half after conception
headaches daily
weekness/ fatigue
cramping
sleepy
extreme hunger
don't know if this is a symptom but I've been really thirsty
about a week after conception I felt sick for about an hour (light headed, dizzy, little nauseous, and crying for no reason)

Hello,
This is my first time here. I am a lil worried and i don't have anyone to talk to right now about this. I missed my period so we decided to test. I can't say where i am but i was able to get 2 cheap pregnancy tests. But with these the plus sign means positive and minus means negative. Both of them showed a very solid minus sign and then behind it another not as solid, making it a plus sign. I'm so nervous. My period is now 2 weeks late. I did notice yesterday a slight spotting and now it's a brownish color. i even ordered an EPT test online at drugstore.com so we're hoping that one's certain and then we can take the next step. I don't have any other symptoms though. and another thing was he was told he can't have kids so that's why we're worried. AM I PREGNANT?!

The cramping is normal. I had cramping only a few days after conception and I still get cramps (I'm 5 weeks). I wouldn't worry unless the cramps are extreme, but make sure you tell your doctor anyway.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter how light the plus sign is it still means your pregnant. Also, spotting can be a sign of pregnancy. Hope you get the result you want.

I have been on the birth control pill Loestrin 24 for quite some time and a couple months ago I went off the pill and started it over again in March or April. I am not a very good pill taker and I have forgotten my pills several times not to mention this past month I forgot my first 3 pills and took them all at once to start my pack. My gyno said that this made me ovulate and more fertile because in doing that it pretty much reverses the bc. My last period was on April 28th and went until May 1st. I had unprotected sex on the 2nd of may, 9th of may, and the 11th.....I'm pretty sure I did it when I was ovulating. I bled abnormally for about a week as a side effect of taking the pill wrong. To make a long story short! lol. It is now the 20th of May and I still have not started my period. I realize that sense I am irregular it could be any day, but I am having symptoms of pregnancy such as tender and swollen breast, cramping and lots and lots of headaches, and I am tired all the time. My main concern is the cramping....I am having major lower back pain like I'm going to start but kind of worse and my legs are cramping ALOT! Is this a normal symptom? Has anyone who has been pregnant had Leg cramps and bad backaches this early? If I am pregnant I would only be 3 or 4 weeks along and I have not tested yet. My gyno last week said based on what I have told her about the days I had sex and not takin my pill right there is a 50/50 chance which sounds like a good chance to me! Any help out there? Sorry so long lol please help

I new to this ladies. I dont know if im prego or not bc when i was ovaluating two weeks ago me and bf had unprotected sex and he let go in me. I know that the pregancy symptoms dont show up until 7-10 days after conceiving. I took a pregancy test last week and it gave me a Positive reading and then one day after my period should of started and the test gave me a negative reading. I'm confused there. I've been getting this symptoms for the past week :
Naseua (in the morning and sometimes in the nightime)
Tenderness in the boobs
Spoting Bleeding (very light)
Tiredness
Light Cramping
Missed Period
... and a little moody

I don't know if I'm pregant or not. I started bleeding a week before my period is due it was very light because usually I go through 6 tampons a day when my regular period come and I only used a total of 4 tampons in two days. My next period is May 29th and I'm regular every month. The symptoms that I have been getting are:

Weird Craving
Missed period
Tiredness
Moody (sometimes)
Breast Tenderness
Headaches (sometimes)
Nasea (in the morning and night time)

I'm not sure if you would have been Oing at 2 days after your AF... It depends on when O. Do you know when u usually do this?

Ok, so I don't normally post in this forum, but since I am TTC I figured why not? I have mainly been apart of the OV watch user forum, and I am on my 2ww. I am hoping that the Ov-Watch works for me being that it was my first time wearing it and a lot of women have gotten BFP after using it!!! I last AF was May 12th with the watch telling me that my FD1,2,3,4 (Fertile days) were May 22-25th & that my O day was the 26th. Well me & DH :bding: on the 22 & 24th!!!

I am now 9DPO, and I having the following symptoms:

So as of 6/3/08:

Sore Breast- since 5/28
Frequent headaches- all my life but more often since 5/27
Burping (heartburn)- since 5/30
Cramps-6/3
Tired- but I'm sort of lazy so I don't know about this one...

Burping: I thought that it was wierd because it started this passed Friday as I was driving from Florida 2 Atlanta with my DH. Anyway, I couldn't stop burping for some reason. I figured that it was just gas from whatever I ate, but everytime I ate something, I couldn't stop burping. And if you're thinking so what about burping... well, I'm not really a burper, so to be constantly burping is something to me. I didn't think about it then, but after reading some other symptoms on this forum, I saw that heartburn is a symptom, and that's what happens to me when I have heartburn- I BURP A LOT and have this gassy feeling in my diaphram area.

Cramping: So this one could be a symptom or it could be a sign that AF is soon 2 come.... Not sure yet . Ok, so I'm about to give you :tmi:...... I always know when my period is coming because after I have a bowel movement I have cramping. It's like the bowel movement hides my pain or something, so everytime its around that time of the month, I have a bowel movement and I know. So this morning, I had a bowel movement, and sure enough CRAMPS :headbang::headbang::headbang:!!! Now the first thing I thought was GREAT the watch & I are going to be partners again this month, but then I remembered that with my last pregnancy that I have major cramps then too but I was PREGNANT!!! Except those cramp were in my lower back where they shouldn't be when your pregnant, and the ones that I had today were in the lower tummy area..... where AF lets me know that she's coming.

Oh by the way, I think that the prenatal vitamins might be what has been causing the headaches... :anyone: else having headaches that are taking prenatal?

Ok, so I found this list of pregnancy symptoms that I figured could help a lot of us. Now remember that pregnancy & AF symptoms are VERY much a like...
The symptoms are listed by the weeks:

The First Trimester: Week 1 - Week 12

Lower abdominal cramps.
Food cravings.
Nausea or "Morning sickness" - 3-10 weeks after conception.
Tender, swollen breasts - 3-4 weeks after conception.
Your nipples and the area around the nipples get darker and wider.
Frequent urination.
Fatigue and tiredness - 3-10 weeks after conception.
You may have heartburn and constipation - along with headaches.
Mood swings.

Each Symptom of Pregnancy in Detail

Cravings for Particular Foods
Desiring particular or unusual types of food is a well known pregnancy symptom. About 85 percent of women report at least one food craving during pregnancy.

Implantation Cramping and Spotting
Following ovulation by 8 days, women may experience cramping and slight spotting - caused by the recent implantation of the egg in the uterine lining.

Frequent Urination
Following implantation, frequent urination is a common symptom.

Fatigue, Headaches, and Heartburn - and Morning Sickness

This is my first time on this site i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend may 25 and about 5 times since then it is only June 3 and during that timeframe i have had cramps, nausea, dizziness, headaches, my breast are tender and I just got my period today but it is usually very heavy and I go through approximatly 5 pads per day. I have not even halfway filled one today is it possible that I could be pregnant?

I say if your AF doesn't come on tmw then test. If BFN, then wait a week and then test again. Your symptoms could be due to pregnancy or just your AF is just being a pain and coming late.

Have you been stressed out lately? Sometimes your AF can be shorted than usually or not come at all due to a high level of stress. If you want to be put at ease you can go ahead and test. If BFN, then wait a week, test again just 2 be sure. If BFN after the week, I would think that you're in the clear.

I did a lil' research before sending this out and I read that it could be to several things such as stress, medicines that you are taking, and not eating enough. Do any of these apply to you? If not, I would do as I noted before. However, if this happens again for your next cycle, I would speak to my GYN about it.

I hardly ever eat a lot but i've always been that way and my cycle has never whacked out like that i'm not stressing over anything right now and i am not on any medications at the moment so i guess i will take a test this weekend and see what happens thx

Me!! My DH thinks that maybe because I want to be pregnant that my mind is creating all of these symptoms (way to be encouraging, there, Hubby!) but some of them I didn't even know could be signs of pregnancy until after I started having them. Day of conception should have been about a week ago and already I've been having:
- AF-like cramps all week (very unusual - I usually only start getting cramps the day or two before AF is due)
- short, sharp headaches all day long
- very nauseous, especially right after I eat anything
- very tired; going to bed early, waking up at the last possible minute, taking huge naps when I get home from work
- some bowel issues :ohno:
- a little more heartburn than usual

Anyway, I have serious baby fever and am dying to be pregnant. I know it's too early to test, but I've got two ready to go and I have to fight the temptation to use one every morning. The 2ww is killing me! Glad I'm not the only one with early symptoms. Hopefully it's not AF gone crazy!

I don't know if I could be pregnant. I have gotten headaches the last few days, and i had heartburn for 4 days for no apparent reason. And usually after I eat something I wouldn't normally have my stomach goes really weird and I get nauseous. I've also been slightly moody. I get upset quicker than I normally would. We're really careful though because we're not ready for kids yet. Never once has he ejaculated in me, he always pulls out. I'm still a week and a half from my period. Would symptoms of being pregnant show up this early? I'm scared. Someone please tell me I'm just being paranoid and I'm not pregnant.

May still be too early to pick up the hCG hormone that indicates pregnancy.
Or you are stressed about possibly pregnancy, you are causing yourself to have "phantom symptoms".

Thx for your reply. I'm not stressing over it I was just wondering b/c some of these things are not normal for me If I am i'll be happy if i'm not then it's ok also, dissapointed, but it'd be ok but i'm not stressing over it or anything else at the moment :D

Hi all! I'm knew to this forum. For the past 10 months, my hubby and I have been having unprotected sex. Not that we were trying, so to speak, but hoping, I guess. Every month comes and goes and my period is right there in tow. (Even right now I'm welling up with tears) My last period was May 24th and today I am entirely exhausted even tho I went to bed at 10pm last night, I'm visiting the bathroom a million times. I have heartburn and my coffee is not agreeing with me too much. I've taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I'm devastated. I don't know, maybe I just need to vent? I feel like a failure.

you know, if you got your period on the 24th of May, you should be due again the 21st ish? Anyways, most pregnancy test (or so I've been told) need to be taken 5 days before you're due to even think about telling you that you're pregnant. And even then, its best the day before your due. Mind you it's all what I've heard. Don't give up and feel like a failure. :). In good time you'll get pregnant! :)

Well, all of us on here seems to be in the same boat so I'll just put my input too.
Where do I start? Ok, to start, I have a 4 1/2 year old little boy and I've been wanting another so if I'm pregnant, I won't be sad.:celebrate:
That being said, I had a period on 5/5 and then a couple weeks later, I was nauseous, dizzy, headaches, bloated...On 5/29 I stated spotting. This happened for 2 days, then I bled a bit for two days then spotted again for a day and that was it. My headaches, dizziness, body aches got worse, and hear this, my bloating became a rising stomach....LOL Yes, I have a little tummy, I'm nauseous, dizzy, urinating more, leg cramps, slight lower back pains, blurry vision, extra moody and sensitive....and oh yes, my fiance is getting some symptoms also. LOL
The problem is, I can't a positive urine test for anything. :headbang: My son's godmother is a sonographer and she said that I probably need to do a blood test or wait to miss my period to get a positive urine. I had this problem with my son but by the time I realised, I was almost 3 months along so the urine test showed up.
If my calculations are correct, we should be 6 weeks along!:bellyrubs: In the morning I'm going to do a blood test but I'm scared it would come back negative....but I have a baby tummy! LOL So I would be really scared about what's wrong with me if it DOES come back negative. Does anyone know if it's too early to do a blood test?

If your last period was May 5, and you have normal length cycles, you should be able to get a definitive result now with a blood test. Good luck at the lab/doctor!

Hi ladies! I've really enjoyed discovering this forum! All of your discussions have really helped to answer some burning questions I've had, but were either too afraid to ask, or didn't know who to ask.

I've never been pregnant before, and have wanted to be a mommy for some time now. My fiance and I have been having unprotected sex for over a year, but the difficulty has been that he has a very hard time ejaculating inside of me. Well, we had a couple really fun days at the beginning of this month that actually surprised us both, in that he was able to cum inside of me multiple times! I didn't really think much of it, until about a week ago when I started to feel "off". My last period ended on May 26th, and I'm not really sure if I have mine every 28 days or longer, since I've never really tracked before. After taking the online quiz someone provided earlier in this thread, I discovered that when we had sex was during my ovulation time frame. If I go by the 28 day cycle that would put my next period around June 23rd. However, in the past week or so I have had the following symptoms:

* change in appetite (as in I'm STARVING all the time)
* excessive urination
* headaches, more than normal
* heartburn (I hardly ever get heartburn)
* stomach cramping and more than usual gasiness
* lower (similar to period) cramping
* lower back ache, especially when lying down
* extreme fatigue (taking lots of naps lately)

Normally I would say that in any other woman, these may be signs of PMS, however I don't experience PMS...at least not before my period begins. I always have my PMS symptoms during my period.

I bought a 3 pack of Early Response HPT's and took one on tuesday, which had a negative result. I was going to wait until monday the 23rd to see if my period actually comes before taking another test, however I'm really ancy and my cramping and back aches have been getting more frequent, so I think I'm gonna test again tomorrow morning, using the first morning urine. I guess I just wanted to share my experiences and symptoms with this community and please say a little prayer for a double line (positive) result for us! Thanks for being here ladies!

ok, so maybe somebody can help me my last period came may 30th, we had intercourse around the 10th to the 17th of june not protected I started having some cramps not really bad cramps but I could feel them...know is June 22nd and I am still having cramps lbut this time they feel ike my period is coming which should be here on the 27th or 28th...could I be prego...ohhh my cramps started around the 16th...my breast dont hurt at all...

Hey guys, did y'all miss me? LOL Well, I've been on here everyday but just reading what everyone was saying. I have some questions though...

My stomach is hot...LOL It seems to have its own heating system. It's a different temp from my body. Also, can anyone else feel hard stuff around their navel? LOL Sounds weird but I'm serious.

And I'm cramping. I've heard everyone say they are cramping and I kept laughing and saying ha-ha not meeeee....now I'm cramping. It blows because I don't even cramp for AF.

At least I'm not as gassy as I was...I was getting tired holding those things in at work! LOL My body feels crazy...out of whack...Oh and DF dreamt that he was taking care of twins...*God help me* Both his parents have twins in their family! LOL

Can anyone tell me what the probability is of being pregnant and having what i thought was AF for one day red but less than usual not even enough for one pad, crampy too then brown discharge the next day, no cramps, I normally bleed for at least 3 days. If I ovulated a little late I may have been 12DPO on the 21st (day of AF), I'm trying not to build up my hopes its just really strange!

Aiight update...... Haven't seen AF and my lower back is KILLING ME!:sniffle: Especially at night. I be cramping a little but not as much as Sunday. Yesterday I had a headache for the entire day regardless of what I did, it did not stop until I went to bed last night.:cry:
DF and I BDed twice last night and this morning I went to da bathroom and wiped and there was a little blood...brown...but blood. But I just went to da bathroom at work and there's nothing...not even when I wiped! Dunno...whatever....I have never had to be this patient EVER, and I need an award after this. LOL :hi:

My DF and I decided no more BDing until we know what's going on. He's soooooo positive and I just wanna curl up in the fetal position and cry! :sleep:LOL

I am new to this, so please forgive me if I did something wrong. I am going through the same thing. My period is very regular. I know when it is coming on and it is the same way every month, however it is different this time. I cycle came on after 18 days???? At least I thought it was. It just "showed up" and the next day I felt cramps (which is normal). I took a couple Advil and pressed on. It lasted for 2 days and was extremely light. It went off for a couple days and then I stared spotting. Normally once my cycle comes on the breast tenderness goes away and I feel fine. My breast are still sore and my nipples are more sensitive than normal. Moodiness is an understatement. I have been extremely cranky. I want to sleep all the time, however I don't sleep well. After reading some of these posts, I am wondering.....has anyone ever experienced this or is it all in my head? BTW....haven't taken birth control in YEARS!

I don't know if I'm pregant or not. I started bleeding a week before my period is due it was very light because usually I go through 6 tampons a day when my regular period come and I only used a total of 4 tampons in two days. My next period is May 29th and I'm regular every month. The symptoms that I have been getting are:

Weird Craving
Missed period
Tiredness
Moody (sometimes)
Breast Tenderness
Headaches (sometimes)
Nasea (in the morning and night time)

It can vary from woman to woman, however a doctor will tell you the first sign of a pregnancy is a missed period. Are you having any other symptoms?

There's no reason to be sorry. I was just confused because I wanted to check out some info in this thread and I had to go back a few times because I thought I kept opening the wrong thread, lol. I didn't expect to see so many questions posted under this one Sticky. I thought it was started for ladies who are or were preggo basically just listing their first signs and symptoms so others could maybe get an idea of what to be looking for, or what others have experienced in the early pregnancy. I just got a BFP today-and I just knew it!

Its hard as far as the symptoms goes because I get a lot of those same symptoms before AF is about to show up.
But the biggest sign for me was extreme fatigue-like in my bones. tenderness in the boobies along with the occassional headaches.

Im trying not to get too excited because its been a rocky road for my DH and I, but man, I cant help it!:hooray:

Also, I went to the dollar store and bought a couple boxes of HPT and took 4 of them and they all were BFP:eyeroll:

Ok Ladies,

I have been through this whole am I pregnant thing before and normally almost everytime I know if it's my period but this is completely different. My breast are not sore and tender, I have not been cranky or rude and mean. I have had light headedness and dizzyness almost the whole month. my period was due yesterday and I had some cramping but ususally when period is coming I retain water and have bloating. All the signs of my period coming is not here but yet I keep hearing that pregnancy and period symptoms are the same so I'am confused. The only thing I have been doing a lot of is Crying. The other thing is my husband is eating and sleeping more, he does'nt really care for pizza and last week he wanted to order one :laugh: I will be going to the doctor tomorrow because I would like to know the cause of the light headedness and dizzyness. I'am only a day late so should I buy a test then go to the doctor or just wait and see the doctor tomorrow. The doctor is not an OB just FP. Not sure if I could be pregnant. What do you all think?

My last period was the week of July 7th. My partner and I were very sexually active during the weeks that followed until the middle of last week when I began experiencing cramps. I took a pregnancy test, and it came back negative. I started spotting yesterday, which is unusual for me. The blood is light pink to red, and doesn't require a tampon. I've had headaches and felt tired and cranky. I took ANOTHER home pregnancy test yesterday and it also came back negative.

My period isn't due for another week (at least), but this spotting concerns me. Could I be pregnant?

(At this point, I don't have sore breasts or nausea)

ok....so i took 3 pregnancy test and they all came out positive....but now im getting a whole lot of cramps like if I'm going to get my period....whats going on??? is that normal??? im going to my doctors soon but im scared...help...

That could be implantation that feels similar to AF cramps. It could also be the uterus stretching. As long as there is no bleeding with it, that is most likely what it is.

Hey everyone!

So I'm not sure if I am actually pregnant, but I've had the worst heartburn for the past three days and I never get heartburn, like, ever. I've also had backaches and I've been very tired and moody.

I have never had a regular period so it's hard for me to tell if I've missed one or not but these are very odd symptoms. I know it's very possible and the time frame would make sense. I haven't had any other symptoms really, do you think I could be pregnant?

Sorry, I've never been pregnant before, so I have no idea what to look for and I don't really have anybody to talk to about it. I'd love to get some feedback. Thanks a bunch ladies!

Hi everyone, ok heres the story..i was on depo for 2 years and my last shot was supposed to be april of 07, never got it and have been trying to get pregnant since. i have been pretty regular about 4 months after i stopped getting the shot. now all of a sudden i am a week late and my chest hurts bad to the touch, there are also days that i just dont want to get out of bed for work. i already have a 6 yr old son so i was wondering, what do you think and is it to early for these symptoms?

So I am pretty late for my period. It usually never goes this long. Normal people get it every 28 to 30 days. I get mine every 35 to 40 days. Well today is the 45th day. I am ttc and I just took a test and I could have sworn I saw a faint positive. Then I thought maybe Im just convincing myself I saw it. So Ive been reading and it looks as though everyone reccomends using a first response test. I will be gettin one of those on thursday. Does anyone have any advice for me??? I feel like if its negative all my hopes will be shattered... :o[

I recently found out I was pregnant and wanted to add my early pregnancy signs. I suspected very early on.
From 2dpo on: quick stitch-like cramps on right side of abdomen, sometimes right up under my ribs. Not really AF-style at all.
From 5dpo-13 dpo: pretty bad lower backache
From 6dpo on: food aversions- no longer want coffee or tea. This was really strange because I always have coffee or tea both in the morning and afternoon. Also, excessive thirst.
From 7dpo on- tender breasts. Start becoming more full/firm at 12 dpo.
8dpo- implantation spotting. Only found, though, in a post-BD clean-up. Not sure if I would have seen it otherwise. Was a small spot of pink CM.
9 dpo- yellow creamy cm(never have).
13dpo- hair is already different. a bit oily. My hair is fine so it's easy to see.
I tested neg on 9dpo(too early!) and then pos on 15dpo.

Roughly 2-3 weeks ago I engaged in unprotected sex...stupid i know..and i was expecting my period soon after...However...it has yet to come. I kept waiting for it, and i assumed with moving into my new place and everything it was just a little delayed..Until i noticed i really havent been eating, and when i do, i absolutely craving fruit and i am ridiculously thirsty. I mean, ive been going through about 3 water bottles a day, which i have NEVER done in my life... And, ive been getting a lot of sleep, but i have been noticing that i have very dark circles under my eyes..Also, last week i noticed some dark brown spotting, and i thought i was getting my period, but it was very little, and it stopped after a few days...The area around my nipples appears to be darker..but my breasts are not tender, i dont feel any nausia, and, i mean, its just too soon to have the symptoms right? its all in my head, or there are reasonable explanations right? =/

Hey honey! I'm new to the game myself, and have yet to actually get pregnant, though my husband and I are trying our hardest, but it sounds to me that everything you have are telltale early symptoms of pregnancy. That's just from what I've read and from what I've been told, mind you, but if our situations were reversed, I wouldn't mind trading symptoms with you.

On the other hand, I remember how it was moving into college, and it's not unfathomable that your body is just stressed out and responding to the stress in unusual ways.

One thing to do is to wait until you're sure you've missed your usual period start date and use a pregnancy test.

Either way, you've got a lot of support on these boards. Please take care of yourself!!! :pray:

So, here's a question I can't seem to find an answer to...

A symptom of early pregnancy that can happen as early as 1-2 weeks after conception is "tender breasts". Does this refer to the whole breast, is it referring to the nipples themselves, do you have to have both, or are neither a really definite sign of anything?

Thanks for your help! I did a bit more research and found that the nipples being sore can be a symptom, as well as the entire breast being sore. Hope that it's for the right reason!

Ok. I had a period Aug 9 and one week after had some spotting, not alot but enough for pantyliner. On the 30th had extrememly bad pain in right ovary area. Went to hosp, neg blood test for pregnancy, neg pee test. Due for period but today instead of period, had one little spot of brown spot. Only enough for one wipe. ?!?! Really confused. I had a cyst burst this month too. What the heck though, I am not having the usual pms symptoms, and I am really tired. Could you be pregnant and it not show up on tests?!?

Ok. I actually took the time to read most of the thread. I will list my symptoms with my first children.

*Dizzy
*Nauseous
*Moody
*Cold all the time. (with my first one) my 3rd one I was extremely hot.
*Strange food cravings after I was about 8 weeks with all of them. For instance, I craved Sardines with mustard. I don't even like them. I craved Oysters and hot sauce with my second one and the last one I had to have muscles with Mayo or I would cry (literally). Normally, I HATE these foods.
*EXTREMELY tired. All the time.
*Weird hair growth. (On my chest and stomache like a man. lol. I think it was all the boy hormones...lol).
*Period like bleeding for the first couple of months with my first one and the same with my last one.

I did NOT have these symptoms either:
*Tender Breast
*Cramping
*Dreams
*Weight loss or gain (until the 4th month)

So, it just goes to show that every pregnancy is different and every woman is different.

hi, i took my 2month birthcontrol shot in July. i saw my period Aug 7-11 but i missed my next shot on Sept 1. i have not yet seen my period and i had been having sex.
i took a test but at first there was no result then i re-pee on it and it came out neg. i have been having these migrane headaches,peeing alot always tired after work(where i only sit down in ac all day) and have slight back pains.

could i be preg? or could it just be a delay in my period seein as i missed my second shot?

I started my period on sunday august 31, 2008. On my 3rd and 4th days of my period I had unprotected intercourse with my fiance. That next day I was no longer bleeding. That is very unusual for me because i usually go all seven days. Since then I have been having some pains shooting around in my stomach and a lot of gas. In the first week i was kind of sleeping more than usual and just a couple days ago I have noticed that my nipples are sore. What do you think the chances are that I may be pregnant.

I was on the depo a while ago and i got off of it b/c my fiance and I decided that we wanted to try and have a baby. My doctor told me that depending on how long you have been on the depo it could take anywhere from 3 months to a year to get out of your system which will cause you to be less likely to get pregnant. Your symptoms may just be a delay in your period as a result of a change in your birth control methods. The depo definately affects everyone differently. I would consult your doctor and have them do a pregnancy test on you. I believe they can get results as early as 10 to 15 days.

I had sex with my boyfriend on the 28th August and on the 30th August I got my period. My period ended on the 6th September.

Since around the 5th September, i started experiencing headaches and dizziness. The headaches have calmed down, but am now extremely dizzy most of the time. I am feeling sick and my appetite has changed - as in I don't feel hungry. When i do eat, I will only eat certain things, where as usually I will eat anything.I am also extremely tired and weak.

2 days ago, I went to the toilet and noticed a bit of blood, it was only visable on the toilet paper, but it started off pink and the next day was a bit brown.It has stopped now.

My question is, could it be possible that I got pregnant before my period?
I went to the doctor with my symptoms and he asked if I could be pregnant, but I told him no, cause I was thinking that if I had my period it was impossible.

Any of your opinions would be greatly appreciated because I really don't know what to think at the moment!:pace:

If I were you I would get a pregnancy test, cause I have read that some women do actually still bleed even when they are pregnant, not many but some do. So i would check cause it sounds like you may be having some symptome. However I would wait a little longer though and see if it goes away within a week if not then go see the doctor.

My early signs the first week or so, before I knew for sure I was preggo:

Tender, swelling breasts, particularly nipples
Indigestion (which I had NEVER had in my life)
Sensitivity to heat outdoors (I was in New Orleans in July)
Extreme hunger (ready to eat after even a large meal in 1.5 hours)
Severe nausea on one evening (on what turned out to be implantation day)
Bloating, gas

The week after I found out (4 days passed missed period) constant cramps--not intense pain, but dull "discomfort," sometime running up on either side of belly button.

Crampiness, or feeling like I was about to start my period continued off and on until about 7 or 8 weeks.

No implanatation bleeding that I was aware of, but spotted off and on the first trimester: from 6 to 7 wks, from 8.5 to 9 wks.

So this is my first posting. I am questioning pregnancy symptoms as well.
I have an 11 year old son, so it has been quite a long time since I have been pregnant.
I know a lot of people come on here and ask the symptoms and really the only answer is..."TAKE A TEST". That is really the only way anyone will know.
BUT I also know that the waiting is painful when you do or you do not want to be pregnant.
In MY case... I DO! I sooo want to be pregnant.. but I am going to 32 years old this month.
So I am wondering how fertile I am now.
So my period was on Sept. 12th. I had unprotected sex on the 26th and he did ejac. in me.
The last two days I have had a little dull pain in my abdomin and my breasts are so tender! He can't even touch my nipples.
So humor me.. what are the chances...

It's always possible to be pregnant.. but remember the time span to actually be able to conceive is very little.
I highly doubt you are pregnant.

Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? Or, trade one symptom for another? My breasts were so sore for the first 2 weeks. Not so much anymore, but now I'm having terrible leg cramps in the back of my upper thighs. Has anyone ever had them?

if you had sex on the 18tha d 19th you should be good. sperm last up 2 5 days in you. it also say you should get a BFP by the 31 good luck
if you dont get your period just test.

Anyone experience the symptom of excessive saliva??? I am now, since yesterday. I looked it up on the internet and guess what one of the causes of excessive saliva is PREGNANCY - - Let's hope that when I test on the 5th or after it's a :bfp:

I have had the following symptoms: cramping all week when AF due, which has continued for the next two weeks; tender breasts; mild sickness in the morning on a few occasions; headache lasting several days; bloating; and ... excessive saliva... I know I should do a test, but I want a baby so much I think I prefer not knowing and thinking there might be a chance. I am hoping you all can help me. I have not been that great at keeping track of my BBT or CM systematically since my DH and I started TTC, rather I kind of do "spot checks" on my CM to look for egg white consistency. We have been TTC for ~3 mo, but not really *trying* that hard i.e. BD like <2X a month. This month however I spot checked my CM and one morning found it to be of egg white consistency and that same evening I was having what I believe were middleschmertz cramps, so I summoned my DH for the old BD. 9dpo I started experiencing "Symptoms" like sore bb's and strange sudden nausea that would go away as quickly as it came, and some sporadic bouts of fatigue. Normally my bb's do not become sore before AF. Also just to note my LMP was strange, in the sense that I had light pink spotting on the 29th and 30th of Sept. and then started flowing on the 1st of Oct. So would you guys say that my LMP started on sept 29th, 30th, or the 1st of oct? We BD'ed on the 15th when I felt the ovulation symptoms I described above. Any insight into my scenario would be appreciated from all these baby experts here in this forum. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

I had the same "egg white" consistency when we conceived back in Sept.
My breasts became sore within, I believe, 2 weeks after we conceived.
My nausea didn't come until about a week ago. I am about 6 or 7 weeks along. I had the dull cramping and horrible fatigue for a few weeks now.
You are having the same symptoms as I have and had.
I would definelty test as soon as you can.
I also had little headaches that came and went.
Let us know your results.. also.. get on prenatals as soon as possible even if you aren't preggos this time.

my period was sept 11 and lasted 5 days as usual, im due for it tomorrow, yes i have a long cycle,,my baby is six months old, i also have a son who is seven and a daughter who is five,,we are all set on little people and are very happy with three,,well two or more weeks ago my boobs (nipples) started hurting, which doesnt happen to me, unless my period is going on and even then sometimes nothing,,ive had heart burn bad, ive never had morning sickness at all, but i almost pulled over the other day because all of a sudden i was going to throw up,,in a blink of an eye it went away, lower back pain like i pulled a muscle or something, but that is now gone, i had it for about a week,,im hoping this is NOTHING, my last baby was an emergency C section, and still i have nightmares,,what do you ladied think?

Had AF on Nov.8, then started light on Dec.6, light to moderate Dec.7, normal period day Dec.8, spotting Dec.9. Now in my history of cycles my boobs hurt for a week or two before i start, but the day they quit hurting is when i usually start. Today no sign of spotting anymore but my boobs still hurt. So i took an EPT figuring it would be negative, just something screwy with my body going on. It was positive. Had beta drawn and it's 22. Still waiting to see what progesterone is. So the question in my mind is: is the value just there because i misscarried or is it really there? After two misscarriages this year you can understand my skepticism. My stomach has been messing with me all day. Just confused.

well great news I am now expecting, my husband and I are so excited. here are the symptoms that i have had so far.

- some diziness
-headaches
-backaches
-nauseous no morning sickness(i'm lucky i guess)
-i did have some slight cramping at the start but that is gone now
-very tired
-peeing alot
-feel weak
-tender breasts
-some cravings
-and i am showing even though i am only 9 weeks along i am showing already
-no spotting or bleeding of any kind either

I have a 2 year old and my and I have been trying to have another baby for about a year now. My periods have always been irregular and now I have having lower back pain and nausea whenever I eat something and also I have problems going to the bathroom but I am a little uneasy about taking the test that I bought today because I don't want to get my hopes up. Can someone please help me. I would love to be pg again but I don't want to take it and then find out it is negative and then be disappointed. It is possiable even though I have had a child that it is harder to know if I am pregnant after having my son.

Hi there,
I need I guess someone to say, YES YOU ARE! my husband is not home for a bit and I took two First Response test one last night, one this morning. The first one had the dark line/light pink line (2 lines! yah!) then this morning 2 more lines, about the same pink-ness.
The calculations say about 5 weeks.
Symptoms:
- very little cramps, once in a blue moon
- confused a lot, not focused on finishing sentences, forgetful big time! ( I was blaming the holiday and work )
- HUGE sore boobs...LOL

Other than that, no other symptoms to speak of...

Now, I have been drinking wine frequently, eating soft cheeses and I love sushi...[but now have obviously stopped, and cut my morning coffee in half] I feel screwed but really excited!

Any re-assurance before the husband comes home so I can brainstorm with him...cheers!

Thanks guys!!! yeah ive been having alot of symptoms. but i didnt think they could be because of pregancy. as of today im late.

period was due yesterday,
pinching/cramping/stretching feeling in my left ovary it feels like. comes and goes. no spotting.

Im drinking water like crazy for the past 2-3 weeks.

brests are sore at the top and aroun the sides near my arms. but it doesnt hurt to bad to touch them. They feel like they are heavy.

Ive had alot of leg cramping and boy am i gassy!!! sorry if that was TMI LOL.

I keep telling myself that im not so i dont get my hopes up.

If i am though, it will be a suprise, we were not trying.

How many days late are you? Or when was your last period? Pregnancies can be VERY different. One you can have morning sickness, the next nothing. I have 4 sisters and they have assured me that every pregancy is different and not to take notes. So it is very likely for you not recognize your pregnant. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Okay so I took a blood test yesterday and confirmed I am pregnant. I have sore nipple, cramps, bloating, and a little back pain. So the way I figure it I'm only two maybe three weeks. However I got 3 possitive home tests as well. So I'm wondering is it possible to get positive pee tests at only about three weeks and have all the symptoms I do. I don't have an AF so it is hard to judge when I actually got pg. I took clomid on the 4th thru the 8th of December. I guess it is possible that I got pregnant last month but I had my yearly exam on the the 3rd. Can u get a pap and the doc not know your preg. I'm confused. I wish I could go to the doc now and find out but my first appt isn't until 13 Feb!! I have no patience.

Oh and I know this is weird but my down there smell changed. I had noticed it about a week before my BFP.

if it is only 6 days before your supposed to have your period then the chances are slim to none. Most fertile women ovulate around the middle of their cycle so if you have the ideal 28 day cycle then you ovulate on the 14th day so the 12 13 14 15 days of your cycle are the best for conception.

OK...I'm going to try to remember symptoms and when they started. I want an HONEST opinion...bring me back down to earth if need be:laugh::crazy:

5 DPO to present-slight cramping in lower abdomen
Fatigue/very weak
Increased hunger for a few days, nausea and some food aversions starting today (10 DPO)
10 DPO headache
Dry eyes...and I notice it because I wear contacts which normally don't bother me but I can't seem to keep them moist the past 3-4 days
7-10 DPO, slight cramping also has some twinges/pinching feeling, mainly on left side
Tired...can't seem to get enough sleep AT ALL!:yawn:

I am new to this forum I had my last period on january 18th my cycle is about 25 days every month and had unprotected sex from january 29th thru february 1st i feel some cramps but no other symptoms is there a chance I could of got pregnant because I am trying to get pregnant I am 38 going on 39 and i had 2 children one at 19 and one at 21 are my chances good that I could be pregnant right now I hope I was fertile during those days any advice? My period is due feb. 11 but i've had sore brests since the 25th of jan. Not only are they sore but they are swollen and my nipples look like half dollars (never had that b4). My lower back hurts also. I'm also tired all the time. I have even missed work from being so tired. Could I be preggers?

Hi like a lot of people here I am new. My fiance and I aren't planning on conceiving anytime soon, but I keep getting this sneaking suspicion that the big man upstairs feels that it's time for us to bring in a third little member to our family (he has a beautiful 9 year old daughter and a handsome 12 year old son from previous marriage). I don't want to tell him just yet about my suspicions until they are confirmed because I don't want him to get his hopes up (we had a suspicion in September). My periods are spot on 27 days apart usually pretty heavy with clots for about 4 days. We had sex during the first week of January (which happened to be my fertile period) and used a condom, but only just before he got off. About 10 days later I had some cramping in my lower abdomen. About a week later we were intimate again and the following day I started bleeding this dark reddish brown blood. I bleed for 2 days and noticed that it wasn't like my normal period (no clots no bright red). I started to suspect at that time. Since then any abnormal symptoms that I've had I have taken note of so here they are.

-Very mild lower abdomenal cramping from time to time usually at the end of a busy shift at work.
-Mild fatigue, I'm a night owl which is why I choose to work the evening shift and I'm up a good part of the night, lately I've been falling asleep shortly after midnight (tonight is an exception because it is my weekend off).
-I am lactose intolerant and lately I have been craving ice cream and chocolate milk and eating them. Usually after I consume milk products within 45 minutes I am in a terrible amount of pain, but lately I haven't had any of these symptoms.
-High pulse I don't know if it is pregnancy related, but while at work I checked my pulse (I had been resting and was nowhere near stressed) and my pulse was 126 bpm.
-Lower abdomen is hardening.
-My sex drive is through the roof.

The symptoms are mild and I haven't had any other early first trimester symptoms other than these. Has anyone else experienced this or am I completely crazy. I am testing at the end of this week when I get paid just to be sure.

I have been having cramps. My breasts are not sore. I was fertile on the 24th-28th of April. I had sex twice that weekend. I thought it was a little early to be experiencing symptoms. I know that these cramps are different because I have never had any until after i begin my period. Could I be pregnant?

My early pregnancy symptoms were at 8DPO, I got heartburn at night. Happened for four straight nights which is very unusual for me. At 10DPO, I got a BFN. 11DPO, same thing. My BFP came on 12DPO. The heartburn went away pretty quickly but the nausea took its place. I also had some cramping. Why I thought this cycle was different was because I cramped for half an hour at 8DPO and I never cramp until I'm in the throws of AF.

My boobs didn't start to get sore until week 6. STILL cramping at 8 weeks and for the most part, it feels EXACTLY like AF cramps. The cramps are due to the uterus stretching.

So, at the time of my BFP, I had:
heartburn

I did not have:
sore boobs
peeing a lot
nausea
moodiness
cravings
thirsty
gas

None of those symptoms started until the 6 week mark and they are getting progressively more serious as time goes on. :)

I found FRER (First Response) gave me the best line out of the three different brands I used. The digital came up + at 12DPO also. The $ store test was also positive (faint) but it was the FRER that came up quickest and left me with no doubt whatsoever.

Yodiva, anything is possible. Your tubal was done over 14 years ago? They did it different than they do now, so there is a possibility, However I would recommend you seeing your OB/GYN to make sure its not a tubal pregnancy. Its defiantly possible though seeing how you got pregnant in Jan.

Well these were my early pregnancy symptoms. I felt like I was pregnant on 6 dpo but then by 10 dpo I was sure I wasn't because I hadn't tested positive yet. I know I was searching these boards trying to figure out if what I was feeling was a symptom of early pregnancy.

My LMP was on 2/9/09. I am guessing that I ovulated on day 14, 2/22/09, but I'm not sure.
I first noticed symptoms of feeling light headed and really thirsty on 2/27/09 (5 DPO).
On 6DPO I began light brown spotting. This continued until 11 DPO and on the last day was dark enough to stain my underwear.
12 DPO I was out to eat and couldn't finish my food because I began feeling sick to my stomach.
13 DPO my back began aching. I had a headache, cramps, and was tired. I tested several times before and received BFN but on 13 DPO I received my BFP using First Response Early Result test. I took 1 more to make sure.
I was due to start my period 14 DPO, today! My back aches, I'm thirsty, dizzy when I first stand up, and feel a bit nauseated but not enough to actually vomit. And of course I feel very excited!! Good luck everyone!

I am new to this and would really like to hear some opinion on my situation.

Last Period: 2/1/09 (Side bar: I am very regular, exactly 26 to 27 days exactly, never more or less) Next period was due 2/26

I did cycle one of Clomid.

I O on 2/16; Dr. recommended me and DH get together and then for me to go to his office within 2 hours of us having relations so he can do something. Unshowered (yuck), but he is a Doctor. Anyway, did what he said. He used a catheder of some sort to help the swimmers up some and told me to lay there for about 15 minutes and then to go home relax and wait and see if this takes.

Well 2/26 came and went, 2/27 came and went.....I am never late.

I got so excited that I did a HPT. Negative. Now about 10 tests later, still negative. Doctor says to wait and see until next week, because it may be too early still since we know something happened on the 16th; but I am going crazy.

My symptoms the week after 2/16: Tender Nips (which have gone away), lite cramping (a little bit at night) and slight headache (comes and goes), extremely tired (constant). Oh and really bad heartburn (every morning).

I have heard that there are some women who get negative test results with HPT, and needed blood work to confirm their pregnancies.

Anyone....Thoughts.

You might want to post a new thread about this. It will probably get noticed better. I am by no means a pro on this subject, but I would say that you could be PG. How long are your cycles on average? Have you taken a test yet?

OH sorry and she is on a thirty day cycle.shes officially ten days late.. as of now uhm and having mild cramps nausea bloating and tenderness of breast and tired. bascially as symptoms

If your period is late, I would take a test. 4 weeks late is significantly late, a test would be accurate at this point.

I think I am pregnant. I have had "morning sickness" for about 2 weeks in the march on the April 4th my "period" began and lasted 7 days, I thought i was not pregnant the test could have all been wrong. 3 tests had showed positive. I even let a doctor examined me and I was told there was nothing there.
today is April 16th, and my period just finished 6 days ago.
i noticed for the past 4 days my breasts being tender, my nipples felt strange. i felt some thing like muscle spasms or something moving in my lower pelvis area, now when i squeeze my breasts a little bit of white liquid comes out looking a bit cloudy. Could I be pregnant?

Ok. I'm soooo confused and scared. I am 19 years old. I had sex on march 29th and then again on april 1st. by april 7th I was having some very light beeding that only lasted about three days and that was around the time that i would normally have my period. But I always have a heavy period that lasts about a week. I'm having some pregnancy symtoms now. I've been having some slight cramping and lower back pains. I feel nauseated sometimes off and on. My breasts are very sore and i've been eating alot! And I'm more tired than normal. I finally took a home pregnancy test but it was negative. I had sex only 3 weeks ago. Is that too soon to tell??? Could I be pregnant??

So my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 7 months now with no luck. I am about 7 days away from my expected period and the last two days I have been super naseous, can barely eat anything. On top on that smells, like eggs, or even chicken have made me feel sick! I have sortof felt like I am going to start my period. But as I said before I am a week away. I am very regular. So is smell sensitvity this early in the game normal? Has anyone else had these issues too?

After me and my fiance finish having sex, I Immediately go to the restroom to pee. Am is suppose to stay on my back for like 15minutes to let the sperm cells up? I have been doing this since the day we STARTED having sex. Hmmmm, maybe thats why I have not gotten pregnant yet.

New here and im confused on what to do. I havent had a period since march 2. I have taken 2 tests and both were negative. Im so scared to test again. Ive had 2 miscarriages. The 1st was Jan of 2006 and the 2nd was Oct of 2008. The last couple of weeks ive been dealing with headaches and heartburn. Just this last week or so I have been eating anything and everything. I just cant seem to stay full. Can someone please tell me what you think??

I have been on birth control pills for a few years now but recently for the last few months I havent been as consistant as I should be with taking them on time. I havent really had a period since the mid of march and all i am having is like 1 day a month a little bit of brown spotting. Are the chances that im pg high? I had a chemical pregnancy last month - lost the baby 2 days after my period was due - but was lucky that we didn't have to wait to try again... and even MORE lucky that we got pregnant again this month!! I'm now 5 weeks, 2 days and am trying to relax with this pregnancy.

So far it is acting very different than the last pregnancy - I have symptoms this time and haven't gotten anything but positive tests, including a blood test at the doctor. However I am nervous because I feel like I should be feeling more than I am right now....

I would really appreciate anyone telling me when their symptoms really got going.

Right now I have sore breasts and am going to the bathroom more than usual. I've also had some times with an upset stomach but it kind of comes and goes and feels more like acid and indigestion than morning sickness. I've also been a lot more hungry, have a sudden aversion to coffee, and have no appetite in the morning (weird for me).
I also keep getting some cramping - which scares me to death - but usually it ends up probably being more gas pains than period cramps (which I felt with the chemical pregnancy).
Also had some pain concentrating on my left side last week - was worried it was a ectopic but am now having the same kind of pains on my right side. The doc said it's most likely stretching and to call if it doesn't go away - which it already is.

Anyone that can give some ideas on when they started feeling their symptoms would be appreciated - is it OK to feel relatively good at this point?!
I know I should enjoy this but I almost hope that morning sickness hits soon so I can relax a little!!

My BoyFriend and I would love to add another child to our little family... We have 2 boys already... 5 and 2 1/2 ... My last period was the 13th of may.... Which if im correct means that i should have been fertile for the past week or so..... The past like 2-3 days ive been very moody...Peeing like every half hour.. Im almost always hungry , and this morning my lower tummy had sharp cramps ... and my head has been hurting .... now this might all be in my head because i would love to have another baby... or it could be possible that i might be pregnant... Im not really sure.... My BF wants me to take a test before my next period... he knew when i was prgnant before and he thinks i am now... but i dont know what to think... its seems to good to be true...any oppinions?

With my youngest son... i felt him moving , had the cramps...and was moody.... every test i took was negitive for 2months... plus i was still getting my period... A test can come back neg. even if you are pos. it all depends on the level of the hormones your body has.... I would try either another test or a free testing clinic...

I'm not sure if i am or not, nor am i sure if it would be too early to have any signs... i looked at a few different sites to try and track my ovulation...of course none is accurate. But mostly all said between the 23 and 27 were my most fertile... it is only the 31th anc i feel sick and really hungry, my head has been hurting on and off all day...my mood has changed also... i feel sad for no reason yet im happy and ive been kinda *****y too...I already have 2 kids and both pregnacies were different...im not sure if this is just all in my head or if it is possible to feel symptoms thi soon... any advice?

Ive been on the IUD since Oct08. I had my last period on April 14. My boyfriend who is deployed had his R&R and came to visit from april 23-may3. On May 7 I had my mirena removed bc of an egg donation i am doing. Its June now and still no period. Could I be pregnant or could it be bc i removed my birthcontrol? I did some calculations and If I am prego then date of conception is April 23, the day my boyfriend arrived. Thanks

I'm new to this forum and am not sure what exactly to say. I am the mother of a 13 month old girl. My last period started May 17 and lasted 4 days, which is normal. My husband and I had unprotected sex a few days before this period. I think I am experiencing symptoms (bloating, fatigue, breast tenderness, headaches, leg cramps) but my next period is due this coming sunday (june 14). My question is, even though I had a period after sex, could I be pregnant? Or is it more likely that it's just pms or my head conjuring up symptoms? I have had sex since the last period, but we used condoms. I just wanted some opinions before I go out and spend the money on a pregnancy test. Thanks.

My last period was the 10th of June but it wasn't a normal period, was rather light & more like spotting. Since then, I've had cramps that feel more like contractions at times, very tired, slightest thing either makes me mad or I start crying, tender breasts, etc. I haven't tested yet cause it might be too soon to tell but I don't know. Supposed to have my period on Sat the 11th July. Any suggestions?

I am very new to this site. So here we go. I think my last cycle started on June 25. My hubby and I had sex during my ovulation cycle. Something weird actually happened though. During sex, I started to bleed. I went to wipe, but it was light brown and went away. Now, I have been nauseated for about 1 week. I experience these headaches that feel like lightening has struck me, and the area around my areiolas are really dark on one and I can see the ring forming on the other. I have cramps that feel like someone is pinching my ab wall. I seriously want to vomit after I eat. but don't.

Can some one help me here?
i gave birth june 12, but lost the baby so i was given a pill that stopped my milk production. I had my lochia for 3weeks and by the 4th week i was clear, so DH and I started having sex. aweek later i started having what seemed like lochia again ranging from the brown to pinkish, and this went on and off for about aweek or so, but now its gone again and we are still having sex.

I have recently noticed that i feel pulse in my tummy when am in bed.
I have headaches
I feel Hungry
I was cramping for about 4 days last week
My breasts are not sore but my nipples get sore to coldness. Which again makes me think may be i am not pregnant after all. My last pregnancy, my tits got terribly sore

Could i be pregnant?

When I tried to dye my hair it didn't work and I don't usually have a problem, also when I took a home pregnancy test on Mon it showed I was prego but when I went into the er cause I started spotting, but I did a blood test and it didn't show anything as far as me being prego. The only thing they found was some cysts on my ovaries, can that cause a false positive? Please help me out!!!:headbang:

Well I'm 17 DPC and so far in the last 2 weeks I've had spotting for a few days, and then the slight cramping came not too long after, my nipples were a bit sore for a day or two but my breasts weren't tender at all. I also had a few nights and even middle of the days with nausea, no vomiting. I've had hot flashes, slight headaches, back pain and some serious fatigue. I can't lay my head to anything without falling asleep and it's like I'm uncomfortable 24/7, it's like no matter what position I'm in I can't seem to get in a good spot.

So having said this I was wondering if I may be pregnant? My next menstrual cycle is to start between the 28th of September and the 1st of October. I took 2 HPT's already which I know I took them way too early but I can't find out soon enough. I have one more left over and I plan on taking it either Saturday or Sunday, probably Sunday to get a better read but I was just wondering from past mothers if these would be signs and/or symptoms pf pregnancy?

I am new to the site. My husband and I have a son who is 21 months and have been talking about trying to conceive. For the last 2-3 months we have not used any protection so that we may conceive. Well Sept. 16th I moved our very heavy tv and the next day I started bleeding. Thought it was my period however it was only two days with some slight cramping.. Usually bleed for 5. Since it was only 2 days I took 2 tests both neg. Now I have been having some breast tenderness in only one breast, many food cravings, some tiredness,back pains and very little nausea. I am wondering if I could be pregnant. Not sure why I am only tender in one breast. When I was pregnant with my son, I had n/v for 4 1/2 months and it started very soon. Can someone please give me their thoughts on this.

I am brand new to this site and hope i am doing it right. I have been cramping for 4 days and am 5 days late for my cycle. Recent headaches and extreme fatigue have plagued me along with thirst and crying alot. I have been trying to conceive for a while but dont want to be disappointed at another negative test. I have not had these symptoms before. Even though i am cramping like a normal period but not bleeding,could i be pregnant? Tonight after eating with friends (we ate the same things) i vomitted and felt better after...is this a symptom?

Hello All,

Oh Okay! I'm new to this kind of site... Considering I have never been pregnant. I really don't know where to begin and I don't want to just start blurting out what I have been going through. So I guess I'll start with these weird things my body has been doing over the past week and a half. Then hopefully one of you fine ladies can help me out with what I need to do next.

1st - I really cannot explain in depth on how bad my breasts have been hurting for the past week and a half. They are swollen, tender and my nipples are ready to tune into Tokyo for anyone who wants a radio signal from Japan. ha-ha So, I had my boyfriend massage them thinking it would help the soreness but it actually made them hurt a lot worse. Plus, he noticed that they felt funny. He said that both of them felt like a single hard round knot. Weird! Right?

2nd - Dizzy Spells. I'm not talking about your regular getting up too fast dizzy spells. For Example: This morning I literally had to hold on to the sink so I wouldn't fall off the toilet. Yeah, I know, It would be pretty embarrassing to tell people how I broke my hip :huh:! But now, I know what people mean when they say, they saw stars. Except no one has ever told me that after the stars comes a blanket of darkness. Which, by the way, is very scary! Anywho, that has been happening ever since the sore breasts started a week and a half ago.

3rd - Hunger! OMG! This is a book all on its on. My appetite is off the charts. I am eating 2 or 3 helpings at a time. Plus, scarfing down Subway footlong sandwiches. This is very unusual for me considering I am a very small petite woman. I have weighed under 100lbs all my life. I now weigh 110lbs(which I'm not complaining whatsoever)I am liking the extra weight but 13lbs in 3 weeks? C'mon :shocker:

4th - My stomach is really bloated. Of course, it could have to do with all of the food I'm shoving in my mouth all day long. Go Figure! ha ha

Okay moving along...

Here's where my confusion comes in regarding the fact that I could be pregnant.

I am 30 yrs old. I am on birth-control. I have never been pregnant. Unfortunately, I have suffered from endometriosis since my teens. Which lead to having 6 laparoscopic surgeries over an 8 yr period. Plus, I have went to a specialists where I was told I would never conceive a baby naturally. So, What gives? Could I be pregnant? Or Are these symptoms from something else? I have went ahead and made a doctors appointment for this Friday just to satisfy my mothers fear that I'm suffering from some kind dreadful disease :crazy:! But, I'll be insane by then and a pregnancy test is too early to take since my menstrual cycle isn't due til this Sunday the 11th of October.

I would greatly appreciate any help, tips, advice, etc... with this concern of mine.

1st pregnancy - implantation spotting, lots of cm, extreme tiredness - miscarried

2nd pregnancy - implantation spotting, lots of cm, sore nipples - miscarried

3rd pregnancy - none really before HPT except lots of cm (until I started taking Benadryl) and tiredness (Benadryl)? I'm almost 5 wks now & having on and off cramping, decreased appetite, and tiredness.

Okay, I'm a worrier. I always believe I'm pregnant and then poop there goes my period. I can't remember when my periods were, or if I even had one. I've had a lot going on with loosing my grandmother and the stress of school and work. I remember having very sore boobs but I can't even remember in what time frame that occurred however, I have major fatigue, constant ovulation mucus, headaches/backaches,OMG you couldn't imagine how many times I'm going to the bathroom, and no pms at all and my pms is usually extreme, I'm constantly nausea though I have yet to actually vomit, and I have a stuffy nose. I don't know what's going on but I usually should have stated spotting for my period by today so I've been waiting on a pregnancy test. What do you guys think? :eyebrow:

Hi...I just found out last week that I am pregnant with my first child. Problem is that my doctor can not tell how many weeks I am yet because I have irregular periods and she didn't see anything in my ultrasound just yet in my uterus. My hcg levels on Tuesday were 289 (day of ultrasound) then jumped to 665 on Thursday. I'm going back on Tuesday again for more blood work and she said that by the end of next week I'll have another ultrasound which should show something. I've been trying to figure out on my own "about" how many weeks I am base on my hcg level of 665 and I'm thinking like 4 weeks? Does this sound right?

We just started TTC and so I'm thinking it's too early and unlikely that I'm pregnant but I've had cramping in my left pelvic region for the past 3 days. I'm feeling a bit nauseous today too. Anyone else experience this? Does it sound like ovulation cramping? I've never had cramps when Oing before. This 2 week wait thing is going to be so hard!

So this morning I was debating on canceling my apt. tomorrow because I have taken 2 tests and they were both negative so I figured the reason I wasnt getting my pd was because I was on the depo for a year and right after the depo the ring for a month (hated it so i took it out a week early and never started anything after it) I had my period right after that in Jan. and havent had it since. Like i said i took two tests and both were neg.
The one thing that has been making me nervous are my extremely tender breasts, dont know if that could be because Im pregnant or because I havent got a normal pd?
And also Im spotting, when i wipe or have sex theirs a little blood, nothing ever like a real pd.
Any suggestions?

Ok I am not sure how to word everything that is going on but I am going to try and see what advice I can get back. I took 2 home tests and one came back negative and then i took one a couple mornings ago and it was positive. so i went to the clinic and took another three, two were negative and the other was postive. the woman i spoke to said I could just me stressed about something and it has caused me to miss my period but i have never missed my period like this, i mean its been 10 days, thats a long time. is it possible to be pregnant but the pregnancy test come back negative? I mean I want to go get blood work done just incase but before i spend all that money to go see the doctor I want to make sure i am not going to waste the doctors time you know? I am just confused on why it wouldnt read right if I am or why I would be so late if I am not. Please advice would help alot.

Your urine may have been very diluted, and if you are very early in pregnancy, that could cause the -/+ test results (as could an early loss, though). I would probably get a blood test to be sure. Good luck!

Hey All,

I'm brand spanking new here, so I thought this would be the best place to post my question about my symptoms. It's our first time trying and I have no other kids or pregnancies to compare. I'm also having problems ovulating (I haven't had an AF since October after stopping birth control).

We had our first attempt for pregnancy on the weekend of the 20th after my doc gave me an hcg shot. Today's the 29th and I feel nauseated (I spent the weekend, grappling with dizziness, nausea, and vomiting) and I have to tinkle every half hour. I don't have any other symptoms that would make me think stomach bug or food poisoning. Is it too early to show pregnancy symptoms, and when do y'all think I can test? I think my doc said I probably wouldn't be due to start a period until the second week of April, but since I haven't had a period in a while, I don't know.

I went to visit my mother in law in past week and she told me she thought she ate something bad and had vomited a few times and she looked awful...i wasnt around her much for the next 24 or so hours and then she left bc my brother in law and his gf are having a baby and she went to visit them...she left on thursday morning early..on friday am at about 4 am i woke up in the middle of the night and was vomiting and would wake up almost every hour from then til about 2 in the afternoon and was vomiting...until it eventually turned into dry heaving at about 4 friday afternoon...i laid on the couch all day miserable i couldnt even hold sprite down...sat i woke up and took a shower and thought iw as feeling better...i was so nauseous and have been since this am...it is now monday am...i have had heartburn and have been burping since sat and the heartburn has been terrible... my period is due on thursday and me and my fiance have been having unprotected sex even when i was ovulating..i have been taking pepto and tums and that is somewhat working bt i still feel sick ...i freak out and think this might be that i am pregnant however he thinks its just bc i got sick from his mom...what should i do??

Hey ladies. So, i have never been pregnant at all, but i THINK i might be pregnant. I am showing what i guess you would call "early signs of pregnancy", but im not sure if its just in my head of what. If someone would share some insight with me, it would be greatly appreciated!

These are the signs i am showing ( as of right now .. )
Extreme Lower backache (especially when I wake up) and dull backaches during the day. Its very irritating
Frequent urination (all the time)
Im hungry ALL the time!
Ive been feeling hot all over my body all the time.
My breats are sore.
Ive been sleeping more than usual.
After I eat, I feel sick, and even the smell of food makes me a little nauseated.
Slight sharp pains in the lower abdominals.
I feel like theres alot of pressure on my head.
Usual gas, all the time!
Moodiness.

I havent spotted yet, nor have i had morning sickness yet ( i have felt a little nauseated in the morning a couple of times.)

OK ladies I don't know if I am or not. I have been feeling really CRAPPY and MY BOOBS HURT LIKE HELL.I don't know if I can consider my period late if it is still in the same month. For instance last month had 31 days and this month has 30 and I was suppose to have my period last week and it hasn't come yet. Should I take a test or no. I am always sleepy and hungry. CONFUSED

this might be a stupid question but i really dont know..

WE have been trying to have a baby and well normally i get my period towards the end of the month but this time.. i got it 2 days after we had sex.. and that was early last month.. someone told me that getting pregnant could mess up my mentstal cycle and that my next period i will miss..

I have been feeling different.. my breast are weird, they feel heavy and sore.. also i vomit from time to time.. i feel achy tired but not tired.. but im not getting food cravings.. if anything. icant eat like i use to. Is it possible that im pregnant? I took 2 pregnacy test and they both came up neggative.. Am i just sick.. lol or is having your period still a possiblity? It only lasted 3 days and was not like a normal period...

please any information would be helpful thankyou!

For those who recently posted your symptoms, what was your outcome? Did you get the results you were hoping for? I was just wondering :)
I’m only 5 dpo – I’ve had a strong backache and headache for a few days and I've been extremely tired!! I’m sure it is too early to have any symptoms yet. :dunno:

I wanted to add my pregnancy symptoms for you all since I just got my :bfp:.

1-5 DPO - Slightly crampy with mild lower back aches and two very bad headaches.

6DPO - crampy, bloated, face breakout.

7DPO - horribly crampy, feel like AF is on full force but no sign of her, headache, stomach ache, slightly nauseous, three pinching pains on right side of uterine area one right after the other (implantation?).

8DPO - slightly crampy, face break out like a teenager and on my neck!

9DP0 - all symptoms disappeared, felt great!

10DPO-12DPO - sensitive/sore nipples, another headache, lower backache, constipation and diarrhea (10DPO only), hungrier than usual, tired, nauseous if I didn't eat, face breakout (ugh!).

13DPO - BFP! sensitive/sore nipples, HORRIBLE/painful gas, hungry, slightly nauseous, sick headache on and off all day, lower backache, mild cramping but only in the morning, tired.

Things I did differently this cycle:

Added herbs - Vitex, Don Quai, Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, Green Tea, and Vitamin B complex to my normal Prenatal and Fish Oil.

I also added over-the-counter progesterone cream after O.

Ok, so I am now 6 days late on my period, and for the last week Ive had early signs of pregnancy....nausea, food aversion, lightheadedness, exhaustion, mood swings, bloating, constipation, light cramping .... but ive now taken 5 urine tests and all are negative. I have an IUD, so im concerned that maybe its causing a false negative?? Ive just got this feeling that everything my body is telling me is that im pregnant, except the pregnancy test....so should i get a blood test done? idk what to do!!! i went in today to my gyno at planned parenthood. they did a pap smear today after their urine test said negative, and im concerned that if i am pregnant, what is that going to do? they said they wouldnt do the pap until confirming a negative...which makes me worried that if i am, what is that going to do to the baby? and the nurse practicioner said that she had never (yet) seen a negative on their urine test and a positive on the blood test....could i b that one in a million chance or am i just stressing too much??

The only way to know for sure is to test. It could be a sign, it could be nothing. Good luck!

I don't know if I'm just worrying over nothing...but since last month around this time I've been super bloated, moody, eating everything in sight, extremely tired, and peeing like it's going out of style... Could I be pregnant? I called my dr office and they didn't seem too concerned...which is weird, I could've got the mean nurse though.. They gave me an order to get a blood test done today, but how early can those tell?? Should I be worried even if it's negative?

Just super concerned...I'll have to make a lot of changes if I am and would rather know sooner than later... :S

My last cycle was on May 9th, this monday I did total of 3 pregnancy tests. The clear blue one was POSITIVE but was expired in April 2010. Then I did two more cheap one from the dollar stores but those are negative. I was so confused with the test results, but then I got a blood work done at the Dr office and confirmed on tuesday that I am PREGNANT!!! but my HCG level is very low, only 9. is it a concern? also I dont have much early pregnancy symptoms except my breast gets bigger and feels tender. Also I thought I was PMSing the past 2 weeks with mood swing, not sleeping well, feeling very anxious and easily irritated.

Hi Guys,
Im new at this so i would like to say hello everyone. My Qs is im 9 days late on my cycle ive had cramps on and off and a little bit of bloating. I have done 2 pregnancy test one on day 3 of missed cycle and the other on day 6 both of which were negative. I came of the pill and have 2 cycles which period was normal and regular and havent had one since. Really hope someone can help me figure out whats wrong..... Thanks :)

Hello Everyone :hi: I am new to this too. We have been TTC for several months and sadly had a M/C :teardp: in early May. Since then we've just been concentrating on getting healthy and not worrying too much, but my AF is now 8 days late ... and I've been getting the following symptoms:

Very tender swollen breasts
Lower back pain and pain in my hips
Cramps in lower abdomen
Indigestion and bowel problems :ohno:
Very sleepy all the time (though my DH says that is normal for me) :laugh:
Weepy for no reason (see above) :eyeroll:

I know I should really do a test, but I am enjoying the maybe maybe maybe ... and don't want to have a BFN!!!

I will take a test (or three or four) soon!

Okay so my first tine doing anything like this but I need help major....I had my last full period july 23, 2010. I was expecting mine like the 21st of aug. Well it didn't come so I took a test and got a neg result. Well I started spotting very lightly on aug 26 and thought it was my period for 4 days I was spotting very light then for like 20 minutes the second day I bled a little heavier! I went back to the bathroom and it had died off again. Well day 5 I was barely spotting at all and thought it was over and I had sex that night. During sex I started bleeding!!!! I freaked out cleaned up and put a pad on. I went back to the bathroom like 15 min later and it was red but only when I wiped. Nothing on the pad. The whole time over these 5 days, even after the sex I have not cramped or anything. I also have taken 3 test all coming up neg. What the crap is going on? I'm definitely having signs down to white bumps around my areolas. Back aches, headaches, full breasts, backaches,and very swollen or bloated! Plz anyone help!

Hi to all I am new to this site and I want to share some of my symptoms I've scheduled during tww. I'm still waiting. Fingers crossed.

I have done an IUI on the 13th and my last period was on the 31st Aug. My ovary released 3 eggs.

DPO1 - major cramps front
DPO2 - little creamy cm, cramps
DPO3 - creamy cm, HUNGRY, cramps
DPO4 - creamy cm, hungry, pain on the left ovary
DPO5 - yellow CM, tired, cramping, hungry, dizzy, hot
DPO6 - sore bbs, cramps, tired, hungry , creamy cm, headache, gas, nausea
DPO7 - sore bbs, cramps in , stabbing pain on left side, gas,
hungry, nausea
DP08 - irritable, stabby pain on left,sore bbs, nausea
DPO9 - bad AF type cramping, HUGE sore bbs
DPO10 - heavy crampy feeling low down in
pelvis and left side, creamy cm, very sore bbs, nausea
DPO11 - heavy crampy feeling low down in
pelvis and left side, creamy cm, very sore bbs, nausea
DPO12 - woke up in the middle of the night several times to wee, gassy
Even though I swore I'd wait to test until 14 DPO, my PoaS
addiction won over when I was weak and half asleep. BFN! I decided to wait few more days though and test
again
DPO13 - Headache, tired, huge sore bbs. nausea,
DPO14 - Tested again. I think I saw a line, very very faint, Nevertheless I did a blood test and tomorrow I'll take the results. I hope it's positive.

Just transitioning over from TTC. Don't know If I have to be on the board for a while before I can start posting about my pregnancy but if so, please let me know.

Anywho, this would be my second go round for child #1. Last pregnancy ended after 8 weeks. I can say thta the first time I wasn't expecting it so I didn't really notice any symptoms, and it's funny how you pick up on everything once you're TTC.

These were my symptoms

Fatigue - I could literally sleep ALL day

Weepiness - Would cry if DH raised his voice, even bawled my eyes out watching Grey's Anatomy.

Cravings - I still want a turkey club and a pickle with salt on it

Headaches

Sensitivity to Smell - I can still smell everything. I work at a convenience store and the smells make me want to hurl.

Sore Breasts - I usually get this a bit before AF arrives, not 1 1/2 weeks ahead

Mild Cramping

and then yesterday at 8 dpo I tested (too early I know) and three tests came back faintly positive but they were blue dye. Tested again this morning with FRER and sure enough, I'm pregnant. It's wonderful

I recently joined a forum on a different site and listed symptoms and asked other women what they thought or if they had experienced the same thing. Boy, was that a mistake!!! I was ganged up on and they were incredibly cruel!!! I felt like crying! Seriously! They showed NO COMPASSION. I had a few woman who were compassionate. One told me about this site. So here it goes:

The past 2 and a half weeks I have been experiencing constant cramps. I have been really nauseous and hardly eat because of it. The nausea seems constant but worse at night. I sometime burp and almost throw up out of no where. I have had horrible lower back pain... its really bad. I'm tired a lot and I'm late for my AF.

I have been under some stress but its been about 35 days since my last cycle. I tested and it was negative. My sister thinks I may be pregnant after I listed my symptoms and she had to test 5 times before she got positive.

So I am about 2 days away from being able to test, and I'm experience some things that are similar to AF symptoms, and that's what is so hard to distinguish. This is my first month TTC.

I've had mild cramping since about 4 DPO

My breasts are EXTREMELY sore. Mainly on the sides. I can barely touch them. They also feel looser or softer or something.

TMI alert: Today I was sitting on the couch and felt a sudden rush of wetness. I went to the bathroom and there was a large amount of creamy CM in my underwear. That's not something that usually happens to me at the end of my cycle.

Soooo sorry for the TMI portion of this posts. Anyone have similar experiences to that? Ugh, i feel uncomfortable now...
