Spam and Porn

Hey Ladies,

Well the spam and porn folks have figured out new ways to infiltrate our safe haven. It had gotten really bad before and new security settings helped wipe it out. Well it appears that they have advanced in their ways.

I have IT working on ways to block them out or at least reduce their prevalence. If you find or see any spam or porn, please PM the moderators. Thanks, Brad

You can also report the spam/post by clicking the little red triangle at the top of the reply box and that will alert us to where it is.

the last 2 times i have gone to this website i get this screen where it says i have a lot of viruses. it looks like the screen when you go to "my computer" it then makes it look like its scanning for viruses. i hurry up and close out and run my own virus scan and nothing? weird.

I have been having the same thing. When I hit discussion forum it tells me there are harmful viruses on my computer and tries to scan. I hurry and close out but I have gotten this at least 3 or 4 times in the last week.

We thought we had found something, but since it is still happening we are still looking into it.

Please use your security software to scan and remove any viruses from your computer. Don't click on any popup ads.

The mods try to clean up spam as quickly as we can get to it. What the members see is just a small amount that gets through the filters, but we know there has been a lot more lately. What you are commenting on should be gone by now, but if you see anything that is not being removed, please notify us by clicking on the red triangle "report post" symbol in the offending post.

It is spammers R Us here. I used to just notice it in the evenings, but now every time I pop on there is a new one. I report it when I see it.
