Pregnancy has probably touched your life in one way or another, either through your own personal pregnancy, or through the pregnancy of a friend or a relative. If you have a passion for informing women on pregnancy-related issues, you may be interested in checking out the volunteer opportunities listed below.

After we receive your information our volunteer coordinator will contact you to answer any questions you may have and to discuss the areas you are interested in.

Volunteer Opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area:

Answering phone calls and emails, providing referrals, and providing some crisis counseling.

Locating and researching organizations that provide housing, domestic violence support, prenatal care, parenting/birth classes, and other pregnancy-related services.
Finding and securing private and corporate donors for fundraising.
Filling, editing articles, mass mailings, and other office tasks.
Research and write articles for the APA website and newsletters.
